卵巢上皮癌p27和bcl-2表达及其意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨卵巢上皮癌p27和bcl鄄2的表达及其意义。[方法]应用免疫组化检测100例卵巢上皮癌p27和bcl鄄2蛋白表达,分析其与治疗及预后的关系。[结果]p27和bcl鄄2在恶性卵巢上皮癌组织阳性表达率明显低于卵巢正常组织和良种肿瘤组织(P=0.01,P=0.001)。其表达与卵巢上皮癌分期、分化程度、中位缓解期、2年复发率和总生存时间有关。分期、分化程度、术后残留大小和p27表达是影响预后的重要因素,未发现bcl鄄2的表达与卵巢癌的预后相关。[结论]p27和bcl鄄2的表达与卵巢恶性肿瘤相关,能较好预测近期治疗效果。p27可以作为判定预后的相对独立指标,而bcl鄄2间接影响预后。To investigate the significance of the expressions of p27 and bcl-2 in the patients with primary ovarian epithelial carcinoma(POEC). The expressions of p27 and bcl-2 in 100 cases with POEC were detected by immuohistochemistry assay. The relationship between the expression of the above markers and the treatment , prognosis of the patients were analyzed. The positive staining rate of p27 and bcl-2 was significantly lower in POEC than that in normal ovarian tissue and ovarian benign tumor (P=0.01 and P=0.001). Their expressions associated with stage, histological grade, median progression-free time, relapse time and overall survival time. Multivariate analysis showed: stage, grade, residual tumor dimension after primary surgery and p27 expression demonstrated the significant impacts on survival(P<0.05). [Conclusion] p27 and bcl-2 expression were significantly associated with malignancy in ovarian tumor, and can prognosticate curative effect of POEC in short-term. p27 expression may be an independent predictor of prognosis of disease. bcl-2 expression can indirectly reflect prognosis of disease.
