辅助化疗对Ⅱb期宫颈癌手术的影响19例分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨辅助化疗对Ⅱb期宫颈癌手术的影响。[方法]19例Ⅱb期宫颈鳞癌采用顺铂25mg/m2和足叶乙甙100mg,每天一次静脉输注,连用3天为1个疗程,休息28天重复应用,共2次。化疗结束后25天左右行子宫广泛切除术+盆腔淋巴清扫术(根治术)。[结果]19例中7例完成根治术(37%),4例有组织损伤。随访超过2年的14例均存活。[结论]辅助化疗有利于Ⅱb期宫颈癌完成根治术。To explore adjuvent chemotherapy influence on surgery in patients with cervical carcinoma Stage Ⅱb. Cisplastin (25mg/m2·d) and etoposide (100mg/d) were administered intravenously for 19 cases with cervical carcinoma stage Ⅱb. Three days was a cycle repeated every. Repetition 28 days, for 2 circles. Radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenetomy were performed after 25 days of the chemotherapy. Of 19 cases with adjuvent chemotherapy, 7 cases underwent radical hysterctomy and pelvic lymphadenetomy (37%) successfully, 4 cases tissue injury. In 14 cases followed-up over 2 years, all survived so far. [Conclusion] Adjuvent chemotherapy is benefit to radical surgery for cervical carcinoma stage Ⅱb.
