摘　　要：人格是指能够导致情感和动机水平上一致的个体差异的相对稳定的内部因素,这里借用精神分析理论中的本我、自我、超我的概念,从横向的宝玉和袭人的关系———本我层面、宝玉和宝钗的关系———自我层面、宝玉和黛玉的关系———超我层面,以及宝玉的人格的每一层面在与三人关系中的不同转化,从纵向的宝玉和晴雯的关系———由本我、自我到超我层面的逐步深化,即从这种纵横交错的动态的立体网状的人际关系中,可以看出贾宝玉的人格结构。Personality is the relatively subtle inner factor that can induce the consistent individual difference on emotional and motivational levels. In this article the author uses the concepts of ego, self, superego in psychoanalysis theory to analyze Bao Yu-Jia's personality structure. The analysis includes two dimensions: one is the horizontal analysis of Bao Yu and Xi Ren's relationship--ego level, Bao Yu and Bao Cha's relationship--self level, Bao Yu and Dai Yu's relatingship--superego level, and the transformation of Bao Yu's personality levels in his relationships with the above three people; the other is the vertical analysis of Bao Yu and Qing Wen's relationship--from ego to self and then to superego.
