妇科肿瘤患者尿液中血管抑素水平及临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨测定尿液中血管抑素在妇科肿瘤诊断方面的价值。[方法]赖氨酸鄄ELISA法测定25例健康妇女、31例妇科良性肿瘤患者及32例妇科恶性肿瘤患者尿液中血管抑素水平。[结果]妇科恶性肿瘤组尿血管抑素水平及阳性率(中位水平为2.06,阳性率78%)高于正常组及良性肿瘤组(中位水平分别为0.70及0.80,阳性率分别为32%及35%),差异有显著性(P<0.05及P<0.01);正常组与良性肿瘤组尿血管抑素水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。[结论]赖氨酸鄄ELISA法测定尿液中血管抑素水平可能成为一项协助妇科恶性肿瘤临床诊断的指标。To study the diagnostic value of angiostatin in the urine in p atients with gynecological tumors.Urine samples from 32 patients with m alignant gynecological tumors (comprising of 16 invasive cervical carcinomas,9 e ndometrial carcinomas and 7 ovarian malignant tumors) and 31 patients with benig n gynecological tumors and 25 age-matched healthy women were obtained. Levels of angiostatin in urine samples of three groups were detected using a lysine-ELISA assay.The level of angiostatin in urine in patients with malignant gyn ecological tumor(median=2.06) was statistically higher than that with healthy (m edian=0.70) and benign gynecological tumor(median=0.80),P<0.05.The level of urin ary angiostatin in benign tumor group had no significant difference compared wit h normal group, P>0.05.78% patients with various malignant tumors had an increas ed level of urinary angiostatin.The positive rate of malignant tumor group was s ignificantly higher than that of normal and benign tumor groups (32% and 35%, re spectively), P<0.01.[Conclusions]The elevated angiostatin in the urine of patien ts with gynecological tumors may become a useful diagnostic and prognostic index .
