摘　　要：由于知识管理对于企业核心能力的提升具有重大意义,所以支持企业进行知识管理的技术和工具也越来越受到重视。论述了知识管理对于企业发展的重要意义,探讨了知识管理的主要内容和过程,并对支持企业进行知识管理的四类技术和相应的工具及其在当今的发展作了较为深入系统的讨论,其中包括发展背景、方法、技术、系统和实施等诸多方面。Owing to the importance of knowledge management in lifting the competitive capacity of enterprises, the development of knowledge management technologies and tools is focused. The significances of knowledge management in enterprises, in the first place, are discussed. Then, the four kinds of technologies and tools as well as their current development situation, including its background, the methods and the techniques used, the systems developed or/and operations.
