摘　　要：介绍了发泡油墨的应用范围和现状 ;发泡油墨的特点、组成、性质和机理 ;发泡油墨的丝网印刷工艺 ;通过具体的实验 ,对发泡油墨在丝网印刷过程中的一些规律 ,如发泡体高度的规律、发泡印刷的变色规律、发泡油墨的颜料配比规律等进行了初步的探讨 ,并对发泡油墨在丝网印刷过程中存在的一些问题进行了归纳、总结、分析和处理。The application area and current state of puff ink, the characters construction property and mechanism of puff ink, and the screen printing technology of puff ink were introduced. Some regulations of the puff ink in silk screen printing process were discussed with experimental results, such as the regulation of high of the foaming subject's, the regulation of color changing in the foam printing, the regulation of proportionment occupied by pigment in the puff ink. The malfunctions of using puff ink exsiting in the silk screen printing process were also concluded and analyzed.
