摘 要:Y3(Al,Ga)5O12∶Tb(简称YAGG∶Tb)是彩色投影电视中一种常用的绿色发光材料,而该材料在大功率电子束长时间轰击下亮度衰减过快,即表现为寿命偏低。为此对其材料的合成工艺及原材料杂质含量作了适当改进,采用湿法配料、多次还原合成及痕量引入3价Eu或Yb离子等方法,取得很好的抗老化效果。对其老化原因进行了分析,认为在高能电子束轰击下产生的氧缺位陷阱及其俘获自由电子后形成的色心是材料老化的主要原因;给出了提高YAGG∶Tb绿色荧光粉抗老化能力的改进措施。The green-emitting phosphor12∶Tb are usually used for projection TV, but the degradation of the phosphors under the high-power electron-beam irradiation is too rapid resulted in short lifetime. For this reason, Y3(Al,Ga)5·O12∶Tb phosphors containing a trace of Eu3+or Yb3+ions were prepared by solid-state reaction. The raw materials mixture obtained by wet method was fired many times at 1 300—1 600 ℃ and annealed to room temperature at reducing atmosphere. An introduction of Eu or Yb ions to Y3(Al,Ga)5O12∶Tb phosphors is found to be an effective means to prevent the degradation of the phosphor under the high-power electron-beam irradiation. The analyses on the result indicates that trap states formed by the doping compete with intrinsic lattice defects in capturing free electrons, resulting in the decrease in number of the electrons trapped in the color centers. An introduction of Eu ions is more effective than that of Yb ions. The effective means to prevent the degradation of the phosphor are reported.
