摘 要:为了使车间制造执行系统更加有效地支持并行工程,在分析传统车间制造执行系统的基础上,提出了面向并行工程的制造执行系统总体框架。该框架在逻辑上分为车间层、单元层和设备层。单元层与车间层虽然在逻辑上分成两部分,但在物理上单元控制器既可以与车间控制器合并也可以分开。在关键技术方面采用了运行状态实时采集技术、数字控制程序传输技术、不同数控系统集成技术、车间工作流程重组技术和系统可重构技术等。面向并行工程的制造执行系统在功能结构上具有系统可重构性、系统可扩展性、系统可集成性和实时性。To support implementing Concurrent Engineering (CE) more effectively, a framework of CE-oriented Manufacturing Execution System (MES) was designed. The framework included workshop-level, cell-level and equipment-level logically. The workshop-level and cell-level were two separate parts in logic, however the cell-controller could be incorporated with the workshop-controller physically. This kind of MES applied the real-time runtime-state collection technology, numerical control (NC) program transmission technology, different NC systems integration technology, workshop workflow-recombination technology, and system-reconfiguration technology. Based on it, the MES can be reconfigured, extended, integrated and realizes real-time operation.
