摘　　要：RST(实空间电荷转移)逻辑器件已能够实现“异或” 、“或” 以及“与非”功能。文中在分析RST器件、LD器件基本结构与工作原理的基础上,提出了一种新的器件结构,该器件结构将光发射器件和“与”逻辑器件纵向集成在一起,实现了“与”逻辑光发射功能。The multilogic function devices based on the RST (real space charge transfer) structure are being used to realize such logic functions as XOR,“OR” and “NAND. This paper analyzes the structure and principle of the RST and LD device, and then proposes a new device, which can achieve the and logic function by integrating a light emitting device and an “AND” logic function device lengthwise.
