摘　　要：利用复摆定轴转动原理和刚体平行轴定理设计的一种新型转动惯量测定仪。经过实验测定,其测量数值与 理论数值符合较好,相对误差小于2％。A new measuring instrument of rotational inertia has been devised by the fixed - axis rotation principle and parallel axis theorem of compound pendulum. Its measuring data are in good keeping with the results of theoretical calculation through experiment. Its relative error is less then 2% ,and it can test the theorem of parallel axis well.
