摘　　要：对大型合成氨装置氢氮比控制难度较大的原因进行了分析,介绍了无模型控制系统的功能,提出了采用无模型控制氢氮比的方案。该方案实施后,解决了操作人员在实际操作过程中对氢氮比判断难、控制难的问题,具有明显的经济、社会效益及推广价值。Analyzing the causes of the difficulty of hydrogen nitrogen ratio control on large synthetic ammonia plant, the function of non-model control system is introduced, and the non-model control scheme of hydrogen nitrogen ratio control is defined. Implementation of the scheme has resolved the problems on difficult hydrogen nitrogen ratio estimation and difficult control, it has apparent economic and social benefit and worth extend.
