摘 要:研究了浙江洞头、温州、泰顺和江西南丰四个地理居群中国石龙子的染色体组型.骨髓细胞空气干燥法制备染色体标本.结果表明:中国石龙子四个不同地理居群的二倍体均为2n=26=18m+4sm+4t,NF=48,第2对染色体为随体染色体;洞头、温州、泰顺和江西南丰4个居群的随体染色体(2q)上的次缢痕出现率分别为40%、63%、80%和97%;经单因素方差分析可知,多对染色体的相对长度、臂比值和着丝粒指数差异显著.中国石龙子不同地理居群的核型分化具有多型现象.The karyotypes of Eumeces chinensis from Dongtou, Wenzhou and Taishun of Zhejiang Province, Nanfeng of Jiangxi Province were studied. The chromosomal specimen was made by the air-dry method of marrow cell of the Chineses skink. The results demonstrated that Eumeces chinensis from the four different geographicl populations have 2n=26=18m+4sm+4t, NF=48. The second chromosome (2q) was the SAT-chromosome. The appearance ratio of the secondary constriction (SC) in 2q of the four populations were 40%, 63%, 80% and 97 % respectively. There were significant diffeneces in the relative length, arm ratio and centromere index of the four populations by analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA). It showed that the karyotypes of different geographicial populations were polytypism.
