摘　　要：针对国内大中型高炉出铁沟的使用条件 ,对传统的铁沟浇注料的结构与性能进行了优化。重点研究了碳化硅超微粉、减水剂和中温烧结剂对浇注料性能的影响。在此基础上研制成功了一种具有优异中、高温性能的浇注料。在 10 5 0m3 高炉上一次通铁量达 10万t。According to industrial applications of iron trough in blast furnaces of medium and large size in China, the structure and properties of conventional castable iron trough are optimized. Emphasis is focused on the influences of ultra fine SiC, dispersant and sintering agents of medium temperature on the properties of the castables. On the basis of these, a high performance castble with superior medium and high temperature properties is found. The output of iron is 10~5 tons for 1050m^3 furnace. The result of the application is fine.
