摘　　要：通过委托-代理模型分析当代理人从事两种工作时,代理人的时间分配方案和报偿合同的一些特性,具体地说就是先给定任一报偿合同,分析代理人选择的时间分配方案,接着在考虑代理人反应的情况下,考察委托人合同选择的一些特征,并得出了一些结论。The article analyzes traits of agent's time-allocating scheme and compensation contract through principal-agent (model) if he is engaged in two different jobs, i.e., we first determine the time allocation the agent will choose given an (arbitrary) contract, and then characterize the principal's choice of contract taking the agent's response into account.
