摘　　要：本文提出了在大众化教育下本科专业人才培养方案制定的指导思想和基本原则;介绍了山东农业大学在培养目标、课程体系、实践环节、个性培养等方面的改革和实践;对全面修(制)定本科专业人才培养方案提出了改革的思路。This paper deals with the instructive ideas and fundamental principles to establish the cultivating schemes of four-year students in all specialties under the circumstance of the popularization of higher education. It puts forward the reform notion of a total adjustment of the cultivating scheme of the four-year students in all the specialties, having introduced the reform practices in the goal of cultivation, curriculum setting, practice systems and individual development of the students and so on.
