摘　　要：在铬钼系齿轮钢中加入微量的合金元素Nb,使其晶粒细化。热处理试验结果表明,微量的Nb可以提高钢材的晶粒粗化温度,预计可以改善渗碳层的性能,并可以提高渗碳温度,从而缩短渗碳热处理的时间,降低生产成本。This project aims to fine the grain of gear steel by adding a little amount of Nb element to CrMo gear steel.Base d on high-temperature carburizing test,adding a little amount of Nb can raise up the grain-enlarging temperature and improve the performance of carburizing case and carburizing temperature,the carburizing time is shortened and the production costs are decreased.
