摘　　要：目的 :探讨术前动脉栓塞在骶骨肿瘤治疗中的价值。方法 :9例骶骨肿瘤患者行术前栓塞 ,全部病人使用明胶海绵栓塞 ,并在 2 4h内行手术治疗。结果 :9例栓塞后行手术治疗的患者 ,术中出血量明显减少 ,平均( 180 0± 480 )ml,手术时间缩短 ,平均 ( 176± 68)min ,术中切除彻底。结论 :术前动脉栓塞是骶骨肿瘤手术前的有效辅助治疗手段 ,可减少术中出血和缩短手术时间及有利于术中完整切除。Objective:To explore the significance of preoperative transcatheter artery embolization in treatment of sacral tumors.Method:Nine cases of sacral tumors underwent transcatheter artery embolization before surgery.All cases were embolized with gelfoam and were operated within 24 hours after embolization.Result:Tremendous reduction of blood loss in operation was noted in nine embolization cases with an average of (1 800±480) ml of estimate blood loss for each case.Operative time was shorten with an average of (176±68)min.Tumors were totally removed in operation.Conclusion:Preoperative transcatheter artery embolization is an effective adjuvant therapy for sacral tumors,which can reduce intra-operative hemorrhage and shorten operative time and render complete resection of a tumor possible.
