摘 要:目的探讨细胞核DNA含量和S期细胞比例(S-phase fraction,SPF)与鼻咽癌浸润转移的关系。方法对42例垦咽癌组织、20例相应癌旁组织,采用流式细胞术(flow cytometry,FCM)检测细胞核DNA含量和SPF值。结果 在鼻咽癌、癌旁组织中,DNA含量分别为1.43±0.17、1.41±0.18;SPF值分别为19.32±5.68、4.74±2.12:鼻咽癌组织中的DI值、SPF值显著高于癌旁组织。DNA含量和SPF值与鼻咽癌分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移、淋巴结固定、远处转移、TNM分期和生存期密切相关。结论DNA含量和SPF值可作为判断鼻咽癌浸润、转移及预后的一个可靠参考指标。OBJECTIVE To study the relationships of DNA quantity and S-phase fraction (SPF) with invasion and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). METHODS The DNA quantity and SPF value were examined by flow cytometry (FCM) in 42 specimens of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 20 cases of adjacent tissues. RESULTS The DNA quantity (Dl value) was 1.43±0.17 in NPC and 1.41±0.18 in adjacent tissues respectively, and the SPF value was 19.32±5.68 in NPC and 4.74±2.12 in adjacent tissues respectively. Results showed that the Dl value and SPF value were obviously higher in NPC than that in adjacent tissues. The DNA quantity and SPF value of NPC correlated well with pathological grade, depth of invasion, metastasis, fixation of lymph node and distant metastasis. CONCLUSIONS The examination of DNA quantity and SPF by FCM may be valuable for predicting the prognosis of NPC patients.
