摘　　要：在本文中,我们以一反例说明R.E.White(SIAM Matrix.Anal.Appl.,10(1989),pp481-493)一文中的关键结论是错误的。进而,我们构造并证明了相应于该结论的一个正确的定理。In this paper, we present a counterexample to show that one of the key corollaries in a paper of R. E. White (SIAM Matrix Anal. Appl. 10(1989), pp.481-493) is not true. We construct a theorem corresponding that corollary and then prove it.
