摘  要:介绍了地球化学勘探样品中超痕量锇、钌的分析方法。作者研制出新型的锇、钌稀释剂,有效降低全流程空白值。样品经过氧化钠分解,酸化后蒸馏,使锇、钌从混合物中分离出来,同时彼此完全分离。采用Ce(Ⅳ)-As(Ⅲ)体系催化光度法测定锇、钌。其检出限均达到0.02ng/g。本方法采用一般实验设备,满足120万化探对铂族元素分析技术的要求。A method for the determination of ultra-trace ruthenium and osmiun in geochemical exploration samples is described in the paper. A new type of ruthenium and osmiun diluting agent was developed, it effectively reduced the whole procedure analysis blank. The sample was decomposed with sodium peroxide fusion method. Distillation method was used for separation of ruthenium and osmium from matrix and each other. The ruthenium and osmium were determined by catalysis photometric method with As (III)-Ce (IV) system with detection limits of 0.02?0-9 for two elements. The method adopted the common equipment of laboratory and satisfied the demands of analysis of platinum group elements in 1:200000 geochemical exploration samples.
