摘　　要：目的:探讨成人正畸患者的心理健康状况,为临床诊治工作提供帮助和参考。方法:将61例成人正畸患者作为研究对象,60例正常颌成人作为对照组,分别对其进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)的测定,比较两组中各指标的差异性。结果:成人正畸患者SCL-90各因子评分均显著高于正常对照组,按显著性高低排列,前4位分别为抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性,SDS、SAS评分也明显增高,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:成人正畸患者存在心理卫生问题。Objective To analyze the mental health in the adult orthodontic patients. Methods A total of 61 cases adult orthodontic patients and 60 normal controls were assessed by symptom check list-90(SCL-90),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS). Results The every factor mark of SCL-90 was higher in study group than that of control group.The former four factors were depression,anxiety,paranoiac and psychopathic.Scores of SAS and SDS were also much higher in the study group than that in the control group. Conclusion Mental health level of adult orthodontic patients is lower than that of normal people.
