摘　　要：目的 :研究右酮洛芬葡辛胺盐 (dexketoprofenoctylglu caminesalt,DKOS)的解热镇痛作用 .方法 :镇痛实验采用小鼠热板法和醋酸扭体法 2种模型 ;解热作用采用角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠和伤寒、副伤寒菌苗诱导的兔体温升高 2种实验模型 .结果 :DKOS (1 0 ,2 0和 4 0mg/kg)可明显提高小鼠热板痛阈值 ;DKOS (2 .5 ,5 .0和 1 0 .0mg/kg)可明显减少醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应及延长扭体反应出现的时间 ;DKOS (5 ,1 0和 2 0mg/kg)对角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠体温升高及DKOS (2 .5 ,5 .0和 1 0 .0mg/kg)对伤寒、副伤寒菌苗诱导的兔体温升高均有明显的降温作用 .结论AIM: To study the antipyretic and analgesic actions of dexketoprofen octylglucamine salt. METHODS: Hot plate and acetic acid writhing analgesic laboratory model in mice were used to test the analgesic effects. The rising temperature caused by carrageenin in rats and that caused by typhoid paratyphoid vaccine in rabbits were examined to test the antipyretic effects. RESULTS: Dexketoprofen octlyglucamine salt (DKOS) (10, 20, 40 mg/kg) raised the pain threshold in mice and DKOS (2.5, 5.0, 10.0 mg/kg) inhibited the writhing reaction caused by acetic acid in mice and prolonged the latency of analgesia. DKOS (5, 10, 20 mg/kg) significantly inhibited the fever induced by carrageenin in rats and DKOS (2.5, 5.0, 10.0 mg/kg) significantly inhibited the fever induced by typhoid paratyphoid vaccine in rabbits. CONCLUSION: Dexketoprofen octylglucamine salt has some good antipyretic and analgesic effects.
