经皮椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎椎体转移瘤18例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 :评价经皮椎体成形术治疗椎体转移瘤病人的临床疗效。方法 :自 2 0 0 3年 4月以来对 18例胸腰椎体转移瘤患者实施经皮椎体成形术 ,对临床效果进行评价。结果 :18例患者中 17例 2 4h内腰背部疼痛均有不同程度的缓解 ,神经症状也明显减轻。其中 10例患者 2 4h内疼痛明显减轻或基本消失。术后 1个月内患者的治疗效果为 :CR 9例 ,PR 8例 ,MR 1例。临床治疗有效率 94 4%。随访 6个月除两例患者自然死亡外 ,其余患者相应椎体未出现病理性骨折 ,在原有疼痛缓解的基础上无明显加重。结论 :经皮椎体成形术是目前治疗椎体转移瘤的首选治疗方法 。Objective:To evaluate of the clinical outcomes of the treatment of vertebral metastasis by percutaneous vertebroplasty.Method:Retrospective analysis of 18 cases of vertebral metastasis were encountered from April 2003.Result:After treatment among 18 patients,10 had marked to complete pain relief.The clinical data of all cases were followed up for 6 months,9 had CR,8 had PR in one month,the rate of pain relief was 94.4%(CR+PR).Six months after operation,two cases were dead naturally,others were not afflicted with vertebral fractures and no further pain ocurred.Conclusion:Percutaneous vertebroplasty is an effective treatment for vertebral metastasis,with enhance the quality of patients.
