清肝化瘀汤治疗慢性粒细胞性白血病临床观察

摘　　要：为观察清肝化瘀汤治疗慢性粒细胞性白血病的临床疗效 ,将 6 8例患者随机分成两组。治疗组 38例用清肝化瘀汤辨证加减治疗 ,对照组 30例在用清肝化瘀汤的同时给予羟基脲化疗。结果 :治疗组 5年生存率为78 9% ,中数生存期为 71 8个月 ;对照组 5年生存率为 70 % ,中数生存期为 6 6 2个月 ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。提示清肝化瘀汤对慢性粒细胞白血病有较好的治疗作用。To observe the clinical effects of “Qinggan Huayu Decoction” in the treatment of chronic myelogenous leukemia, 68 cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 38 cases were treated by differentially modified “Qinggan Huayu Decoction” and control group in which 30 cases were treated by “Qinggan Huayu Decoction” and hydroxyurea chemotherapy. Results: In treatment group, the 5-year survival rate was 78.9% and the medium survival period was 71.8 months; they were respectively 70% and 66.2 months in control group, with better effects in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05). It is indicated that “Qinggan Huayu Decoction” has good effects on chronic myelogenous leukemia.
