摘 要:目的 :为增强中学生合理膳食、预防心血管疾病的意识 ,以减盐、控油为重点 ,探讨膳食干预措施的效果和可行性。方法 :在深圳某中学随机抽样 2 96人 ,将合理膳食的相关知识以讲座、宣传册及播放录像的形式进行干预。结果 :干预后提高了学生的合理膳食的知识水平 ,尤其是在减盐的控油的认识和行为上都有了明显的改变 ;在摄粗杂粮、水果、豆制品等膳食的频率方面也显示出较为合理的改变。结论Objective:To study the effects and feasibility of dietary intervention and to increase the knowledge of cardiovascular disease in juvenile population and change their dietary habits, especially in reducing salt and oil intake Methods:The intervention activities included conductiong propagation with health education materials and boards and lectures for the students in a middle school in Shenzhen Students randomly selected from the school were interviewed and repeated so at the end of third month of the study Results:It showed that the knowledge of rational diet in students was enhanced, especially in the knowledge and behavior of reducing salt and oil intake (P<0 05) The intake frequency of coarse grains, fruits and bean products etc became more reasonable(P<0 05) Conclusion:Health education intervention is effective and feasible to change the dietary behavior of middle school students
