706代血浆治疗脑出血顽固性脑水肿的前瞻性研究

摘　　要：目的　观察 70 6代血浆对脑出血周围顽固性脑水肿的影响。方法　 6 2例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,对照组行常规治疗 ,治疗组从发病第 2周开始加用 70 6代血浆静脉滴注 ,1次 /d ,连用 10d。治疗前及治疗 2周后 2组均行CT检查及临床神经功能缺损评分。结果　治疗组水肿带和神经功能缺损评分的改善均优于对照组。结论　使用 70Objective To explore the effect of 706 plasma substitute on peripheral intractable encephaledema caused by cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 62 cases were randomly classified into the treatment group and the contrast group.The contrast group was treated with routine therapy of using mannitol,and the treatment group was treated with 706 plasma substitute as well as the routine therapy from the second week once a day,10 days continuously.CT examination results and the nervous function defects were evaluated before and after treatments.Results Better curative effects were got in the treatment group than in the contrast group.Conclusion 706 plasma substitute can be used to relieve the intractable encephaledema and to improve the clinical curative effects.
