复方抗瘤冲剂对老年胃肠道肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :评价复方抗瘤冲剂配合静脉化疗对老年胃肠道肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响。方法 :老年胃肠道肿瘤患者 4 3例随机分为两组 :对照组 2 2例 ,用甲酰四氢叶酸钙、5 氟尿嘧啶、丝裂霉素方案行静脉化疗 ;治疗组 2 1例 ,在静脉化疗同时 ,服用复方抗瘤冲剂。化疗前及化疗 2个疗程结束后 (6周 )分别检测外周血常规、免疫球蛋白、T淋巴细胞亚群 ,进行统计学分析。结果 :化疗结束时治疗组患者外周血中白细胞、血小板计数、血红蛋白较化疗前无明显下降 ;与对照组比较 ,治疗组免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM及T淋巴细胞亚群CD+ 4 、CD+ 4 /CD+ 8值均有提高 ,两组差异均有统计学意义。结论 :复方抗瘤冲剂可有效提高老年胃肠道肿瘤患者机体免疫功能 ,使患者平稳经受化疗。Objective: To evaluate the effect of Comp ou nd Antitumor Granule (CAG) combined with vein chemotherapy on immune function of aged patients with gastrocolic carcinoma.Methods: Forty-three cases of aged patients with gastrocolic carcinoma were randomized into two groups. Twenty-two cases of control group were received vein chemother apy with Calcium folinate,5-Fluorouracil and Mitomycin C.Twenty-one cases of treatment group were received CAG combined with the same medicine chemotherapy. Before and after the treatment (2 courses), peripheral hemogram,immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets were detected in the two groups. The analysis of varia nce and student's t-test were used for statistical analysis.Results: After the treatment,hemoglobin,leukocyte and blood platelet in the treatment gro up had no significant changes compared with those before the chemotherapy. But values of IgG,IgM,T lymphocyte subset CD + 4 cell and ra tio of CD + 4/CD + 8 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0 .01 or P<0.05). Conclusion:CAG could increa se immune function of aged patients with gastrocolic carcinomas effectively, whi ch made the patients placidly go through chemotherapy.
