摘　　要：目的　分析眼座植入术后取出的原因。方法　眼座植入术后取出 19例 ,就植入材料、自身条件及术式与 3 5 1例眼座植入者进行对比分析。结果　工艺质量较差的羟基磷灰石眼座 ,术前眶内存在炎症及结膜囊挛缩均影响预后。结论　合理选择手术方法并细致操作的同时 ,植入物和手术适应证的选择 ,以及手术时机的掌握十分重要。Objective To study the causes of the extraction of hydroxyapatite orbit implant.Methods Implant materials and methods of operation in 19 cases whose implants were extracted were analysed.Results Bad technical skill,preoperative intraorbital inflammation and conjunctival sac crispation were disadvantages to prognosis.Conclusion Reasonable selection of operative methods materials,and operative skill are all important factors.
