双T型管引流并胰液外引流在胰头十二指肠切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨预防胰头十二指肠切除术后胰、胆漏的方法。方法　对 6 0例胰头癌、壶腹癌患者随机分为两组 ,一组 (n =2 7)为传统Child术式 ,另一组 (n =33)为双T型管引流并胰液胶管外引流的Child术式。结果　传统Child术式发生胰胆漏 6例 ,引流的Child术式组无胰胆漏发生。结论　双T型管引流并胰液胶管外引流能有效地预防胰。Objective To study the way that prevent the leak of bile and pancreato duodenectomy.Methods 60 patients suffered from carcinoma of ampulla of vatar and head of pancreas were randomly divided into two groups:27 examples were treated by traditonal Child type,33 examples were treated by Child type with outside suction of bile and pancreatic juice respectively by double T tubes and rubber tube.Results Leak of bile and pancreatic occured in 6 examples treated by traditional Child type after surgery,but no similar case occured in Child type with outside suction.Conclusion Application of outside of bile and pancreatic juice by double T tubes and rubber tube in pancreato duodenectomy can effectively prevent the leak of bile and pancreatic juice after surgery.
