E-钙粘素和β-连环素在妊娠滋养细胞疾病中的表达与意义

摘　　要：目的探讨E钙粘素和β连环素表达与妊娠滋养细胞疾病(GTD)恶性转化的相关性。方法应用逆转录聚合酶链反应技术检测12例正常早孕绒毛和35例妊娠滋养细胞疾病组织中E钙粘素mRNA和β连环素mRNA的表达。结果E钙粘素和β连环素mRNA在正常早孕绒毛与葡萄胎组织的表达差异无显著性(P>0.05);而在正常早孕绒毛、葡萄胎组织的表达量明显高于侵蚀性葡萄胎、绒癌组织(P<0.05);在侵蚀性葡萄胎组织的表达高于绒癌组织(P<0.05)。结论E钙粘素和β连环素的表达下调与妊娠滋养细胞疾病的恶性转化有关,对预测妊娠滋养细胞疾病的恶变以及评价预后有一定的参考价值。Objective:To investigate the expressions of E cadherin and beta catenin mRNA and their correlation with the malignant progression in gestational trophoblastic diseases(GTD).Method:E cadherin and beta catenin mRNA in samples from 12 normal chorionic villus and 35 cases of GTD were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.Results:No significant difference was found in the levels of E cadherin and beta catenin mRNA between hydatidiform mole and normal chorionic villus(P>0.05).While the levels of them in normal chorionic villus and hydatidiform mole were significantly higher than those in invasive hydatidiform mole and choriocarcinoma (P<0.05).The levels of them in the tissues of invasive hydatidiform mole were higher than those in choriocarcinoma (P<0.05).Conclusion:The down regulation of the E cadherin and β catenin expression is involved in the malignant progresstion of GTD.It may be valuable to detect them for the prediction of malignant transformation and evaluation of prognosis in GTD.
