摘 要:无线传感器网络是一种全新的信息获取和处理技术,能够实时监测、感知和采集各种环境或监测对象的信息。而网络自身定位是其大多数应用的基础。在综合分析大量无线传感器网络定位算法的技术文献和最新研究结果的基础上,从测距技术和算法两方面阐述了range-based定位机制的局限性,着重论述和比较了现有的六种range-free定位算法,指出无线传感器网络自身定位问题的研究方向。Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN),which is a novel technology about acquiring and processing information,has been proposed for a multitude of location -dependent applications.For such systems ,the cost and limitations of the hardware and energy capacity on sensing nodes prevent the use of range-based localization schemes that depend on absolute point-to-point distance estimates.Because coarse accuracy is sufficient for most sensor network applications,solutions in range-free localization are being pursued as a cost-effective alternative to more expensive range-based approaches.In this paper,based on the analysis of a great deal of recent technical reports and research results on WSN,the limitations of the ranged-based techniques from their range finding and algorithm are described,the principles and characteristics of all existing rang -free localization approaches are discussed and presented in detail,and the performance of them are compared.The directions of research in this area are also introduced.
