大鼠自体脾组织网膜囊内移植抗肿瘤功能的实验探讨

摘　　要：目的 :为了探讨自体脾组织片移植对荷瘤机体抗肿瘤免疫功能影响。方法 :我们用 S1 80 瘤株制备了荷瘤动物模型 ,以模拟脾切除组和脾切除组为对照 ,以巨噬细胞吞噬功能、外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群测定、血清白细胞介素 - 2含量测定、肿瘤重量测定 ,对自体脾组织移植的抗肿瘤作用进行观察。结果 :自体脾组织移植组的抗肿瘤功能与模拟脾切除组相比 ,无显著差异(P>0 .0 5 ) ;与脾切除组相比差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :自体移植脾组织存活后 ,其抗肿瘤免疫功能与正常脾功能相比无显著差异。自体脾组织移植是脾切除后弥补脾功能的有效办法。Objective: To detect the immunological effect of splenic autograft on tumor-bearing rats.Methods: We used S 180 to make the model group, compared mimic splenectomy group and splenic autograft group with splenectomy group, and assayed the phagocytosis ability of macrophages, serum interleukin-2 (IL-2) content, T lymphocyte cell subsets in peripheral blood and tumor mass as indexes to observe neoplasm resistance function of splenic autograft on tumor-bearing rats. Results: Splenic autograft group showed the same anti-tumor effect as mimic splenectomy group (P>0.05). Splenic autograft group and mimic splenectomy group had significantly higher neoplasm resistance compared with splenectomy group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The autograft splenic tissue has the same anti-tumor effect as the normal splenic tissue.
