摘　　要：目的 :总结 9例脊髓室管膜瘤的手术体会。方法 :采用显微外科技术及超声吸引切除 9例巨大髓内室管膜瘤。结果 :9例肿瘤全切 ,7例完全恢复 ,1例无变化 ,1例术后轻残。结论 :巨大脊髓室管膜瘤应用显微外科及超声吸引可以完全切除肿瘤 ,避免脊髓损伤。Objective: To summarize the experience of operation for spinal cord ependymoma. Methods: 9 cases of patients with intramedullary enormous ependymoma were underwent microsurgery and ultrasonic aspirator (CUSA) between September 1999 and September 2003. Results:Radical resection of the tumours were safely achieved in the all cases. Recovered 7, unchanged 1, moderately disabled 1. Conclusion: Microsurgical total removal can be considered the treatment of choice for intramedullary ependymomas with preservation of spinal cord. Meticulous microsurgical technigues plus ultrasonic aspirator (CUSA) are the key to success.
