摘　　要：目的　探讨血浆内皮素 1(ET 1)与高血压脑出血的关系。方法　将 36 0例住院高血压病患者 ,经血浆内皮素 1测定后 ,分为高ET 1组及正常ET 1组。经 5年的观察及随访。结果　高ET 1组高血压病并发脑出血的例数明显高于正常ET 1组。结论　ETObjective To investigate the relationship between hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and endothelin 1(ET 1).Methods 360 cases of hypertensive inpatients were divided into two groups (high ET 1group and normal ET 1 group)after plasma endothelin 1 was measured.Results The cases of cerebral hemorrhage in high ET 1 group were more than in normal ET 1 group.Conclusion ET 1 is the risk factor of heypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
