摘  要:目的 探讨中药和胃汤促胃动力作用的机制。方法 夹尾刺激法复制功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠模型,放免法测定大鼠血浆胃动素(MOT)、血清胃泌素(GAS)含量,硝酸还原酶法测定胃窦和胃底部一氧化氮(NO)的含量。结果 与正常组比较,FD模型组大鼠血MOT、GAS含量、胃底部 NO含量降低,而胃窦 NO含量升高;与模型组比较,和胃汤组大鼠血 MOT、GAS 含量、胃底部 NO 含量升高,胃窦 NO含量则降低。结论和胃汤对 FD模型大鼠 MOT、GAS含量及胃窦、胃底部 NO含量变化有明显的调节作用,可能是其促胃动力作用的机制。Objective To investigate the mechanism of HeWei Decoction on Gastric Dynamics. Methods The rat models of FD were made by clasping their tails. The contents of gastrin and motilin were detected by radioimmunoassay, the content of NO in the antrum and fundus tissue was measured with the method of nitrate reductase. Results Compared with that in the normal control group, the contents of GAS and MOT、 NO in the fundus tissue in FD rats were decreased while the contents of NO in the antrum tissue were increased; Compared with that in the model control group, the contents of GAS and MOT、NO in the fundustissue in HeWei group were increased while the contents of NO in the antrum tissue were decreased. Conclusion HeWei Decoction could obviously adjust the contents of GAS、MOT and NO in the antrum and fundus tissue in FD rats, which may be the mechanism of HeWei Decoction on Gastric Dynamics. 〔
