摘  要:概述了自行开发的JT468Q电控四气门汽油机的结构特点及采用的先进技术。通过分析部分引进的小排量四气门汽油机出现的局部过热问题,在JT468Q汽油机设计中采用强制大循环结构。经过性能试验和可靠性试验,结果表明JT468Q汽油机设计可靠,动力性和经济性达到国内先进水平,排放指标达到欧 Ⅱ标准。The structural features and the advanced technology of the JT468Q gasoline engine developed by us was described, which was electronically controlled and had four valves per cylinder. Through the analysis of local over heating in some introduced low capacity gasoline engines with four valves per cylinder, forced-feed water circulation system had been adopted in the 468Q gasoline engine. The performance and reliability tests had been done. The test results showed that the JT468Q gasoline engine is advanced at home and can meet Euro-II emission standard.
