摘  要:论文从解决摩托车振动的课题出发,研究了引起摩托车振动的振动源-发动机曲柄连杆组的平衡设计。从平衡设计的理论和计算方法出发,提出了平衡设计快速模拟原理,推导出平衡模拟设计的计算公式,并给出了相应工程计算实例及平衡设计时的主轴倾角和不平衡率应满足的定量评价数据。计算及实际应用结果表明该种设计方法可很好地减轻摩托车振动问题,对国内探索摩托车先进设计方法,解决振动问题和新产品开发具有理论和实践意义。In order to resolve the problem of the motorcycle's engine vibration, the balance of the crank-rod mechanism, which is a vibration source to cause the vibration of motorcycles, has been studied. According to the theory and simulating calculation method of balance, the calculating formula of balance simulation is deduced from the principle of quick-simulation balance. The sample of engineering calculation and the quantitative evaluation data, which must meet the oblique angle of the main axis and unbalance rate as balance, are also given. The results of the calculation and practice show that this design method can limit the vibration of motorcycles.
