摘　　要：目的　探讨血清α L 岩藻糖苷酶 (alpha L fucosidase,AFU)在原发性肝癌 (primaryhepaticcarcinoma ,PHC)诊断中的应用价值。方法　对 6 0例正常人 ,2 7例肝癌患者、32例肝硬化患者、1 8例肝炎患者、6例梗阻性黄疸患者、8例转移性肝癌患者和30例其它恶性肿瘤患者所测的血清AFU活性值进行统计 ,比较各组测定的AFU水平差异。结果　肝癌组血清AFU水平明显高于正常对照组、肝硬化组、转移性肝癌组和其它恶性肿瘤组 ,但不能区分于肝炎组和梗阻性黄疸组。Objective To analyse the value of serum α L fucosidase (AFU) in the diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC).Methods The activity of serum AFU was measured in 27 patients with PHC,32 patients with cirrhosis,18 patients with hepatitis,7 patients with obstructive jaundice,8 patients with secondary liver cancer,30 patients with other kinds of malignant tumors and 60 normal persons.Results The mean serum AFU activity was significantly higher of patients with PHC than that of normal persons,patients with cirrhosis,patients with other kinds of malignant tumors and patients with secondary liver cancer.But PHC,hepatitis and obstructive jaundice.Conclusion AFU can be used as a tumor maker for detection of PHC.the AFU activity can′t discriminate.
