摘　　要：目的了解无锡市各类精神障碍的患病率及其相关因素。方法应用标准化工具,采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对无锡市5000户(城乡各2500户)15岁及以上人群11940人进行精神疾病流行学调查。结果各类精神障碍总患病率17.25/1000,现患病率15.24/1000,其中精神分裂症最高,为4.02/1000,其次是精神发育迟滞2.76/1000,脑血管病所致精神障碍2.01/1000,阿尔茨海默病1.93/1000,酒精依赖1.09/1000,情感性精神障碍0.92/1000。男性总患病率19.89/1000,女性14.65/1000,差异有显著性(χ2=4.843,P<0.05)。精神分裂症现患病率城区(4.86/1000)高于农村(3.34/1000),但差异无显著性。药物依赖城市(1.12/1000)高于农村(0.00/1000),差异有显著性(χ2=7.382,P<0.01)。精神发育迟滞城市(1.12/1000)低于农村(4.10/1000),差异有显著性意义(χ2=9.514,P<0.01)。结论精神障碍是一类常见病,其总患病率有增高趋势,严重影响人的健康和生活质量,应列为社区医疗卫生保健工作的重点。AIM:To study the prevalence rates of different mental disorders and their related factors in Wuxi city.METHODS:An epidemiological investigation of mental disorders was performed in 11 940 persons above 15 years old from 5 000 families in Wuxi city by using the standardized tools with the method of stratified cluster random sampling.RESULTS:The overall prevalence rate of mental disorders was 17.25/1 000,the present prevalence rate was 15.24/1 000,and it was the highest in schizophrenia(4.02/1 000),followed by mental retardation(2.76/1 000).The mental disorders induced by cerebrovascular diseases were 2.01/1 000,senile dementia were 1.93/1 000,alcohol dependence was 1.09/1 000,and affective disorder was 0.92/1 000.The prevalence rate in males was 19.89/1 000,and 14.65/1 000 in females,and there was significant difference(χ2=4.843,P< 0.05).The prevalence rate of schizophrenia was higher in urban(4.86/1 000) than in rural area(3.34/1 000),but there was no significant difference.The prevalence rate of medicinal dependence in urban area (1.12/ 1 000) was significantly higher than that in rural area(0.00/1 000) (χ2=7.382,P< 0.01).The prevalence rate of mental retardation was markedly lower in urban(1.12/1 000) than in rural area(4.10/1 000)(χ2=9.514,P< 0.01).CONCLUSION:Mental disorders are common disease,and there is an increasing tendency in the overall prevalence of mental disorder.We should pay more attention to mental disorders for their negative influence on mental health of people.
