学龄儿童感觉统合失调的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解菏泽市城区学龄儿童感觉统合失调情况和有关因素,为开展感觉统合失调的预防和治疗工作提供科学依据。方法对“菏泽市城区1008名学龄儿童感觉统合失调调查分析”查出的358名患儿及其家长进行相关因素追踪调查。用询问法;检验有铅暴露史患儿的血清锌原卟啉、锌、铁含量;随机抽样用放射免疫法定量检测患儿血清儿茶酚胺递质水平。结果57名有铅暴露史者锌原卟啉测定值均大于2.5μg/g,高于正常儿童(P<0.001),患儿血清锌、铁含量显著低于正常儿童(P<0.001),儿茶酚胺递质水平高于正常儿童(P<0.001)。结论儿童感觉统合失调发生率与父母文化程度、儿童自身智力、学习成绩、出生时缺氧缺血性脑病、铅中毒、儿茶酚胺递质的代谢失衡等有关。要重视患儿体内微量元素锌、铁的变化。AIM:To study the condition and related factors of sensory integrative dysfuction(SID)in school age children of Heze city, so as to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of SID.METHODS:Totally 358 children were selected by the “Investigation of sensory integrative dysfuction in 1008 school age children of Heze city”and the relative factors were investigated in their parents. With the method of inquirement, the serum zinc protoporphyrin,zinc and iron contents in the children with the history of exposure to lead were measured,and the level of serum catecholamine (CA) was tested and measured with radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: The value of zinc protoporphyrin was more in 57 children with the history of exposure to lead, than in normal children (P< 0.001), while the serum zinc and iron contents were obviously lower than those in normal children (P< 0.001), and the level of serum CA was higher than that in normal children (P< 0.001).CONCLUSION:The incidence rate of SID is related with the educational level of parents, intelligence, academic record,brain diseases with the lack of oxygen or blood when it is born,lead poisoning and the imbalance of CA in children.The change of microelements zinc and iron should be paid more attention.
