摘  要:目的了解兰州市大中学生性病/艾滋病相关知识、态度和个人行为,以便为政府部门提供科学防制依据。方法对兰州市3所大学和2所高中学生,以班级为单位,采用集体自填式问卷收集有关个人背景、性病/艾滋病相关知识、态度和个人性行为资料。结果大学生和高中生对艾滋病、性病及相关知识的掌握,除个别项目外,差异均无显著性。学生对艾滋病三大传播途径的认识较明确,但对游泳、手淫,特别是蚊虫叮咬、共用牙具和剃须刀能否传染艾滋病认识模糊。大、中学生各有7.9%和2.9%发生过1次以上性行为,学生认为没有性经历的仅占24.3%,44.2%的学生赞成在学校设立避孕套销售点,62.4%的学生从未参加过性病/艾滋病知识的宣传教育活动。结论大中学生的健康行为、性健康教育和性道德教育已刻不容缓,要培养青年学生自尊、自重、自爱,特别要加强对农村青年学生的艾滋病和性病健康知识教育。Objective To know college and high school students' knowledge, attitude and behaviors of STD/AIDS in Lanzhou, and to provide basis for prevention and control. Method Students from 3 colleges and 2 high schools were investigated with an self-administered questionnaire which was conducted to collect the information of personal background , STD/AIDS relative knowledge, attitude and personal behavior. Result There were no significant differences between college students and high school students in STD/AIDS and relative knowledge master except a few items. The students were familiar with 3 spread ways, but had vague awareness that whether swimming, masturbation, especially mosquito bite, using tooth set or shaver with others can infect AIDS. About 7.9% college students and 2.9% high school students had sexual behaviors more than 1 time. The students believed that the students who had no sex experience only accounted for 24.3% . About 44.2% students approved for establishing condoms selling sites in school, 62.4% never participate STD/AIDS knowledge propaganda. Conclusion It is emergency to promote college or high school students' health behaviors,sex health education, sex morality and cultivate the students self-esteem, self-confident, self-love, especially strengthen county youth STD/AIDS prevention education.
