摘  要:动态分析仪是检验机电设备运行时噪声振动的有力工具 ,也为机电设备的改进设计、避免共振提供了条件。随着动态分析仪应用的普及 ,迫切需要研制价廉、便携及功能强大的现场分析仪。信号处理虚拟仪器系统满足了这一要求。介绍了研制的随机振动信号处理虚拟仪器系统。详细阐述了该系统的硬件设计及其特点。为了对信号频率段进行细分 ,以提高频率分辨率 ,采用集成开关电容滤波器制作抗混滤波器。尤其对采用 8阶低通椭圆开关电容滤波器制作抗混滤波器中遇到的“共振”现象作出了理论分析 ,并通过实验得到证实 ,且予以解决。该系统具有低价位、高性能。A dynamic analyzer is a powerful tool for detecting the noise and vibration of the running mechanical and electrical instruments, and affords a team for improving a design and avoiding the vibration. With the popularity of the application, it is necessary to develop a cheap, portable and powerful field analyzer. The virtual instrument system can meet the condition. The developed virtual instrument system of random vibration signal processing is introduced. The design of the system hardware and its characteristic are described. In order to divide the signal frequency band in detail and raise the frequency distinguish ability, the anti alias filter is made by using a integrated switched capacitor filter. Specifically, the “resonance” phenomenon is analyzed theoretically which is encountered in the making of anti alias filter by a 8th-order low pass elliptic switched capacitor filter. The analysis is proved by a experiment, and the “resonance” is avoided. The system has the characteristics of high performance, low cost, and easy carrying.
