摘　　要：介绍了打浆工艺中顺序控制的特点 ,研究了在DCS中顺序控制系统的设计原则 ,给出了基于DCS的顺序控制方案及实现方法。The drawback of traditional switch on and switch off control in refining process are in low automation and poor safety level.Refining technologies and basic characteristics of sequence control are introduced,some design rules for sequence control system in DCS are discussed,the sequence control strategy based on DCS and its implementation are presented.Detailed design rules for sequential start-and-stop principle,emergency-stop principle,restarting principle,interlock control of different pumps and the relevant water level,auto and manual operation switch,etc are analyzed.The sequence control diagram is implied in the main diagram to prevent operating by mistake.Some control parameters can be browsed and revised on line,there is no need to alter the program of software.In case of emergency,the system makes indication,gives alarm and handles commands.Production results show that the system is effective and the amount of labor used can be reduced.
