摘 要:在分析了铁路旅客票价与列车运行速度的经济效益的基础上,给出了一个双层规划模型来描述城市间多种交通运输方式竞争的条件下旅客票价与线路提速方案的合理优化问题,模型在考虑了旅客选择行为的基础上使铁路运输部门的经济效益最大,并给出了该模型的求解算法.最后用一个简单的算例来说明该模型及算法的应用.Based on the analysis of the effect of railway passenger-ticket pricing and train speeding-up on the benefit of railway transportation department, a bi-level programming model is proposed to describe the optimal railway passenger-ticket pricing and train speeding-up under the condition of multi-modal transportation. The model is to determine passenger-ticket price and trains speed to maximize the revenue of railway management departments while considering passenger's mode-choice behavior. A heuristic sensitivity-based solution algorithm is developed to solve the proposed bi-level problem and a numerical example given to illustrate the applications of the proposed model and solution algorithm.
