血浆神经肽y水平与垂体腺瘤相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨垂体腺瘤患者血浆NPY与垂体腺瘤之间的相关关系。方法:采取82例垂体腺瘤患者及20例对照组术前、术后空腹静脉血各3mL,对其进行血浆NPY的放射免疫测定分析。结果:NPY在垂体腺瘤组与对照组中血浆含量明显不同,垂体腺瘤组血浆NPY含量高于对照组;全组垂体腺瘤手术后血浆NPY的含量明显下降,而对照组不明显。结论:NPY参与了垂体腺瘤患者下丘脑-垂体轴许多激素的调节,可能与垂体腺瘤的发生有关。Objective: To investigate the correlation between neuropeptide y and human pituitary adenomas. Methods: 3 ml venous blood of 82 patients with pituitary adenoma and 20 matched controls were collected in this experiment. The level of NPY in plasma was mensured by radio-immunity and the correlation was analyzed between the level of NPY in plasma and pituitary adenoma. Results: It was shown that there was distinctive difference of the level of NPY between the group of pituitary adenoma and the controls. There was distinctive difference of the level of NPY between operation group and controls. Conclusion: NPY involved the regulating of hypothalami-pituitary hormones and the pathology of pituitary adenoma.
