摘 要:①目的 探讨听神经瘤中神经生长因子受体 (NGFR)的表达与肿瘤自然生长率、细胞增殖和血管形成的关系。②方法 应用免疫组化技术 ,检测 34例人听神经瘤中NGFR蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达和微血管密度 (MVD)。③结果 NGFR在所有肿瘤组织中均有表达 ,而在正常听神经组织中无表达。肿瘤明显生长组NGFR、PCNA表达水平和MVD平均值显著高于缓慢或无生长组 (χ2 =5 .6 7,t =2 .6 5、3.83,P <0 .0 5、0 .0 1)。NGFR和MVD密切相关 (t=3.33,P <0 .0 1) ,但与PCNA无关 (t=1.88,P >0 .0 5 )。④结论 NGFR在明显生长的听神经瘤中表达增强 ,且与肿瘤的血管生成密切相关 ,提示NGFR参与了听神经瘤的发生过程。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of nerve growth factor receptor(NGFR) and tumor clinical growth index, proliferation and angiogenesis in human acoustic neuroma(AN). Methods NGFR, proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) expression and microvessel density(MVD) were detected by using immunohistochemical staining in 34 cases of human AN. Results NGFR was expressed in all the cases, while not in the normal acoustic nerves. The NGFR and PCNA expression levels were significantly higher in the macroscopically growing tumors than in slowly or non- growing tumors(χ2=5.67,t=2.65,3.83,P<0.05,0.01). NGFR was closely related to MVD(t=3.33,P<0.01), but not with PCNA (t=1.88,P>05). Conclusion The expression of NGFR increases in the macroscopic growth of AN, and is closely related to angiogenesis of AN, which indicates that NGFR may be involved in the pathogenesis of AN.
