摘 要:将不同比例的环己烷添加到囊芯正十八烷中,通过原位聚合法合成相变材料微胶囊,并采用SEM、DSC、TG等测试方法对胶囊性能进行研究.结果表明:随着环己烷添加量的增加,经过热处理的微胶囊的凹陷增大,具有凹陷的胶囊数增加,微胶囊的耐热温度也相应地增加;环己烷经过热处理挥发而产生的预留空间对胶囊耐热性的提高起主要作用.Microcapsulated phase change material (MicroPCM) was produced by in-situ polymerization. The core material encapsulated in the melamine-formaldehyde resin shell is a mixture of n-octadecane and cyclohexane. The microcapsules properties are systematically studied through SEM, DSC and TG. With the increase of cyclohexane, the surface of microcapsules turns smoother, and their dispersibility is improved. Additionally, after microcapsules are heat-treated at 160 ℃ for 30 minutes, their concaves get larger and the number of the concave capsules increase as cyclohexane increasing, and their heat-resistance temperatures are improved and higher than that of microcapsules without cyclohexane. The reserved space that is made of cyclohexane volatilization by heat-treating has great effect on the improvement of heat-resistance temperature of microcapsules.
