摘　　要：业务过程的改善和优化是企业谋求持续发展的重要问题,业务过程重组已经成为诸多企业提高自身经营水平的内在需求。本文分析了企业参考模型对于企业业务过程重组的必要性,并介绍如何运用企业参考模型辅助企业进行业务过程分析和业务过程设计,提出了适应不同企业信息系统定制和快速成型要求的企业参考模型运用思路。The optimization of the business process is the key issue for the enterprise development The important effects of enterprise reference models on the business process design and the rationalization of enterprise information is analysed,and the paper expatiates on the way of using enterprise reference models to accelerate the business process reengineering
