摘 要:目的 探讨心肌缺血时线粒体功能的改变。方法 将大鼠分成正常对照组 ,损伤组 (异丙肾上腺素组 )和保护组 (辅酶Q10 组 )。观察损伤组大鼠在不同时间心肌损伤面积大小 ,以及以上 3组琥珀酸脱氢酶比活力 ,细胞色素C氧化酶比活力和辅酶Q10 含量的变化。结果 损伤组心肌损伤面积随时间的延长而扩大。保护组琥珀酸脱氢酶比活力和细胞色素C氧化酶比活力显著高于损伤组。损伤组的心肌线粒体中辅酶Q10 含量明显低于对照组和辅酶Q10 组。结论 心肌损伤后能量代谢发生障碍 。Objective To discuss the change of function of respiratory chain in mitochondia during myocardial ischemia.Methods The rats were divided into normal control group,injury group,and protective group.To observe the damaged area of heart in different time in injury group.To detect the change of the activity of Cytochrome C oxidase succinichydrogehase(SDH)and the quantify of CoQ 10 in the above groups.Results With the time prolonged,the damaged area of the heart was enlarged.The activity of the Cytochrome C oxidase in protective group was obviously higher than that of in the injury group.The quantify of CoQ 10 in the injury group was lower than that of in the protective group.Conclusion After injuring,the energy metabolism is defective and the function of mitochondia is low.
