高效液相色谱法测定扑感敏片中四组分的含量

摘　　要：目的　建立高效液相色谱法测定扑感敏片中四组分的含量。方法　采用ZORBAXEXTENDC18柱 ,1%HAc(用二乙胺调pH至 3.7) 甲醇 (6 2∶38)为流动相 ,2 72nm ,2 6 0nm(马来酸氯苯那敏 )为测定波长。结果　扑感敏片中四组分对乙酰氨基酚 ,氨基比林 ,咖啡因 ,马来酸氯苯那敏线性范围分别为 :4 0～ 2 4 0 μg/mL(r =0 .99997) ;2 7～ 16 0 μg/mL(r =0 .99999) ;10～5 8μg/mL(r =0 .99998) ;8～ 4 0 μg/mL(r =0 .99996 ) ,平均回收率分别为 :99.8% (RSD为 0 .6 %n =5 ) ;98.2 0 % (RSD为 0 .5 %n =5 ) ;10 1.7% (RSD为 0 .6 %n =5 ) ;10 0 .1% (RSD为 0 .4 %n =5 )。结论　本法简便 ,快速 ,准确 。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of four contents in compound paracetamol and aminophenazon tablets by HPLC. METHOD Using HPLC with ZORBAX EXTEND C 18 column,1%HAc(adjusted with diethylamine to pH3.7)-methanol(62∶38),as the mobil phase.Detection wavelength was 272nm,260nm(chorphenamine maleate).RESULTS The calibration curves were linear in the range of 40～240μg/mL(r=0.99997) for paracetamol and 27～160μg/mL(r=0.99999)for aminophenazon and 10～58μg/mL(r=0.99998) for caffeine and 8～40μg/mL(r=0.99996)for chorphenamine maleate.the average recoveries(n=5)of paracetamol, aminophenazon, caffeine and chorphenamine maleate were 99.8%(RSD=0.6%), 98.20%(RSD=0.5%), 101.7%(RSD=0.6%) and 100.1%(RSD=0.4%), respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and the results is accurate, reliable.
